Right of Withdrawal

In distance contracts, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person at the address they designate.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Returns may not be accepted for digital products if license activation has been performed
• Return requests must be submitted via {$contactEmail|escape} or the contact form

Return Process

1. Create a return request with your order number
2. Your request is reviewed and you will be contacted
3. Upon approval, the product return or digital cancellation process is completed
4. The payment is refunded within 14 days

Exchange

Depending on stock availability, an exchange with an equivalent product may be made. Contact our customer service for exchange requests.

Damaged / Incomplete Delivery

For damaged or missing products reported within 48 hours after delivery, a free exchange or refund will be applied.
